Our manufacturing experience supports you with complete dies, custom components and the refurbishment of existing dies.
Alongside standard products, we manufacture thread rolling dies and tooling to the dimensions and technical specifications our customers need. We can work from a sample or technical drawing.
When assessing an enquiry, we consider the material type and dimensions, the thread profile to be formed and the equipment on which the die will operate together.
We manufacture rollers, eccentrics, internal tube support mandrels and other die components. We assess your component requirements using the existing die, a sample or a technical drawing.
Sharing an overall photograph of the die and a close-up of the required part in our first conversation helps us understand your enquiry.
In addition to our own dies, we also accept dies from other manufacturers for maintenance and refurbishment. We determine the scope of refurbishment according to the die’s condition and the operations required.
You can share the current problem, photographs of the die and, if possible, a working video. The operations and parts required are clarified after the die has been assessed.
