Custom roller manufacturing to the required dimensions and thread profile.

MANUFACTURING ENQUIRY
We manufacture custom rollers for thread profiles and production needs beyond our standard products. Share the pitch, helix direction and number of starts together with your technical drawing or sample.
Technical suitability, manufacturing scope and part requirements are determined after reviewing your enquiry. We also accept dies from other manufacturers for maintenance and refurbishment.

We manufacture thread rolling dies and rollers to international thread standards for tubes, screws, bolts and other round workpieces. Alongside common thread families, we also work with custom profiles defined by a technical drawing or sample.
| Thread family / designation | Profile to specify in a manufacturing enquiry |
|---|---|
| Metric M | Coarse- and fine-pitch metric threads. |
| Unified | UNC, UNF and UNEF inch thread series. |
| Whitworth | BSW and BSF thread series. |
| BSP pipe threads | BSPP (G) parallel and BSPT (R) tapered external threads. |
| NPT / NPTF | American tapered pipe thread families. |
| Tr metric trapezoidal | Metric trapezoidal thread profiles. |
| ACME / Stub ACME | Inch ACME and shallower-profile Stub ACME threads. |
| Buttress thread | Asymmetric thread profiles. |
| Round thread / Rd | Thread profiles with rounded crests and roots. |
We manufacture dies and rollers for the right- or left-hand thread direction required on the workpiece.
Alongside single-start threads, we manufacture to order for two-, three- or more-start thread profiles.
We assess different dimensions and pitches of standard threads, or custom profiles, using a technical drawing.
Helix direction and number of starts are specified separately from the thread standard. In your enquiry, please state the thread standard, diameter, pitch, tolerance, right- or left-hand direction, number of starts and any taper. For multiple-start threads, you can also provide the lead.
